Clear your mind and refresh your spirit in the serene atmosphere of the museum with a guided Yoga session led by experienced practitioners from the Atma Center. All are welcome; no prior experience with Yoga is required.
Some Yoga mats will be available. You may also bring your own. Please note that yoga mats and water bottles are not allowed in the galleries and shoes must be kept on at all times.
Korean Papermaking Demonstration
In this demonstration by artist Aimee Lee, watch how she makes hanji, one of the most versatile papers for artists, designers, and inventors. Korean papermaking has been in motion for nearly two thousand years, and processed by hand. Learn about the multiple stages of Korean papermaking prior to her all-day workshop, held here at the museum on August 27th.
Wearing gloves and guided by the Art to Go team, enjoy a rare opportunity to touch specially selected genuine works of art in an informal, intergenerational, and self-directed format.
Music in the Galleries
Opus 216 will perform works in the galleries throughout the 1916 building. Gallery numbers will be listed on the evening’s program.
Parking is available in the CMA parking garage and in the surrounding garages of University Circle. Standard parking rates apply including free Tuesday parking for senior members and member flat-rate parking.
